Before you book
How early should we book a planner?
For a wedding, as soon as the venue and date are fixed, often 6 to 10 months ahead, so good vendors can be locked in. Smaller events can be done in a few weeks.
Can you work at any venue?
Usually, yes. Some venues have approved vendor lists or decor rules, so share the venue name early and we'll check with them.
How do payments work?
An advance blocks your date and starts vendor bookings. The rest is paid in stages before the event, as set out in your quote.
Can we hire you only for decor?
Yes. Some families want only the mandap and stage, others hand over the whole wedding. We quote for what you choose.
Can we use our own caterer or photographer?
Of course. We put them on the same run-sheet so everyone works to one schedule.
What if it rains?
For outdoor functions we plan a covered backup with you and the venue, before the day.
